Although every effort has been taken to ensure that the information is correct and up to date, we accept no liability in respect of any omissions or errors. We also accept no liability in the event of unsatisfactory results or adverse reaction(s) occurring when using any of the products, and expressly disclaim all liability for any direct, indirect, consequential loss or damage occasioned from the use or inability to use this site and the products. The customer should always satisfy themselves as to the ultimate suitability of a product for an intended application. The products, services and any advice offered are not intended to substitute other conventional therapies or medical advice. 1. We always strive to uphold our ethos of eco-friendly, ethical and effective natural products that are good for you and kind to the environment. Although much care, research and development goes into bringing you safe, gentle, pH-balanced formulations and sustainable, recyclable, reusable packaging, any content provided is for general informational purposes only. We rely on our own experience and peer-reviewed and non-peer reviewed scientific evidence when available, but some content may also be based on anecdotal feedback, consumer testing, reviews and opinions, and should not be considered medical advice and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any diseases or disorders.

2. We are not liable for any allergic reactions or adverse effects or events, whether it be immediate or downstream, related or unrelated, to any of the products or recommendations. Whether it may be the actual ingredients or any byproduct(s) or potential cross-interactions or advice, we will not be held responsible. Please always check the product labels carefully regarding ingredient lists and follow any directions for use and precautionary measures on the labels and on any of our content (online or elsewhere), especially if you are allergy-prone, have sensitive skin, are pregnant or if you have a medical condition. If you have a specific allergy or sensitivity, do not use ingredients that may trigger a reaction. Also never use new products that you are not accustomed to on broken or irritated skin.  If in doubt, we recommend that people with sensitive skin or allergies perform a patch test first to ensure there is no reaction. If an adverse reaction occurs, please discontinue use immediately and consult a physician at your own discretion. 

3. The products are strictly for external use only and are used at your own risk. All of the essential oils and other botanical extracts are topical (not oral), and within a concentration range that is even considered as safe for use in children and are unlikely to pose a risk in pregnant women (but for example, the use of rosemary oil in certain products sometimes raises such concerns, so if you are pregnant, please consult with a physician before using any product that contains herbal oils or extracts, especially during the first trimester of pregnancy).

4. Regarding the Crowning Glory Royal Oil Kit, please bear in mind that it is a natural treatment to aid in promoting hair growth, but is not guaranteed to treat hair loss caused by permanent hair loss medical disorders or diseases. Please consult with your physician or a dermatology specialist if you suspect that you have a permanent hair loss medical disorder or disease.

5. All of the products comprise ethically sourced, premium quality and organic (including certified organic, where possible), plant-based ingredients from reputable local suppliers who also uphold very high quality and safety standards, and all of the products are 100% vegan and cruelty-free (no animal products or animal byproducts and not tested on animals) and are endorsed by the Beauty Without Cruelty Foundation.

6. The utmost care is taken to prepare all products safely and aseptically (from preparation and packaging to distribution and delivery; health, hygiene and safety is always a top-priority). Even the couriers that we use have excellent measures in place to safeguard you and themselves when delivering your package.

 

ACCEPTABLE USE

 

Indemnity:

To the extent allowed by law, you agree to indemnify and hold us or any such affiliates harmless from all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, demands and costs (including for attorney’s fees and related costs), made by any third party and arising out of or in connection with your use of or access to this site and the use of the products. All products and recommendations are also used at your own risk.

 

Prohibitions:

By entering this site, you automatically agree and acknowledge that you will not use the site in any unlawful manner or in a manner which may jeopardise or interfere with the functionality or the operation of any part of this site. You may not distribute, commercialise, exploit and/or alter the site or the content; or incorporate any part of the site and/or content in any other work or publication; or use screen captures of the content; and/or perform any other act; which may not be considered fair use.

Reservation of Rights: This site contains content which is owned by or licenced to us. The trademarks, names, logos and service marks (collectively “trademarks”) displayed on the site are the registered and unregistered trademarks of Regal Nature Botanicals™. Except where expressly stated or to the contrary, copyright and all other intellectual property rights in the content, including but not limited to wording, images and/or infographics, audio and video clips, source and/ or object code and all other works contained in this site are owned by us; and we assert and reserve all of our rights in this regard. Any unauthorised copying, reproduction, retransmission, distribution, dissemination, sale, publication, broadcast or other circulation or exploitation of any content or any component is strictly prohibited.

 

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALES

Sale of Products:

These Terms and Conditions of Sales govern the sale of products by us to you via the site and on all other available platforms that we currently use. The Terms and Conditions of Sales are in addition to the terms and conditions of use of the site. 

 

Payment:

Upon receipt of your order request, an invoice will be prepared and sent to you. 

Payment can be made via either Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or via a secure YOCO payment link (please navigate to the order, payment & delivery/collection section on the site for further info, which includes an infographic on ‘how to order in 3 easy steps’)

We process orders only once payment reflects in our bank account. Direct transfers can take up to 48 hours to clear.

Courier delivery:

The delivery address must not fall within an outlying area. Upon receipt of your order request, we will notify you if the courier cannot be booked to deliver to a particular area and if alternative pick-up/delivery cannot be arranged then the sale cannot proceed.

Regarding deliveries booked, please ensure that the correct delivery address is provided and that you are contactable (especially if we or the courier need to get in touch to ensure that the goods are delivered). Please ensure that you (or whomever you wish to designate to receive the package) are available at the delivery address provided in order to receive the package (usually during working hours Mon-Fri 9am-5pm unless otherwise notified). We will not be held liable for goods not received due to your own negligence. If the package is returned by the courier to Regal Nature Botanicals due to inability to deliver, as per the reasons outlined above, you will be required to settle the courier fee incurred in order to book the courier again.

Also, we use very reliable and reputable courier(s), but courier delivery is at your own risk as the goods are not insured. We will also not be held liable for goods that are damaged or lost by the courier.

Returns & Exchanges:

Due to health and safety reasons, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges. We trust that you will be happy with your purchase(s), but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please feel free to get in touch to provide feedback. 

 

Promotions and Special Offers:

Promotions are subject to change or discontinue without notice. We will, however, honour properly placed orders paid for with valid methods of payment or sufficient funds prior to such change or discontinuation.

Products may be removed or changed at any time by us at our own discretion from the site. We also reserve the right to inform you, upon receipt of an order request, regarding stock availability and anticipated lead times.
